Coffee was my go-to, but I don’t always have time to make it or stop somewhere. I can keep these in my gym bag or pocket and take one whenever I need caffeine. No cup, no waiting, no mess.
I honestly didn’t expect much because the strips are so small. I tried one before my workout and definitely noticed the caffeine. I love that I can control how much I take instead of opening a huge energy drink.
The cranberry flavor surprised me. I expected that strong supplement taste, but it’s easy to take and dissolves right on my tongue. Much easier for me than swallowing another pill or drinking a whole can.

The convenience is what sold me. No cans, no coffee runs, no mixing anything. I can literally keep these in my pocket.
